This pass gives you 5 coached group training sessions across 5 days, so you can properly experience the training, the coaches, and the Flava vibe, not just one session and guesswork.
It’s beginner-friendly, fully scalable, and designed to help you build momentum fast.

METCON
Metcon (CrossFit-style Training)
A high-energy class combining Olympic lifting, gymnastics movements, and conditioning to build strength, fitness, and overall athletic ability.
STRENGTH
FBB
FUNCTIONAL
Functional Training
A high-energy class using simple, effective movements and conditioning to improve strength and fitness, without the complex lifts or gymnastics.
HYROX
Hyrox Training
A conditioning-focused class designed to build endurance, speed, and engine capacity using functional movements and cardio-based work.
*Only run once a week
Strength
Run in 12-week blocks, focused on building maximal strength through compound lifts and targeted accessory work. Includes regular testing to track progress and performance over time.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Weightlifting
A focused program dedicated to improving the Olympic lifts through structured progressions, squats, presses, and accessory work. Build strength, power, technique, and confidence under the bar.
Functional Bodybuilding (FBB)
A strength and conditioning class combining controlled strength movements with machine-based cardio for a balanced, effective workout.
